Return and exchange policy

 Return and exchange policy will be applied in case that;

 - You receive items different from your orders.

- Items are damaged (e.g. broken, stained).

 Please contact us via contact form or by phone within 7 days including the day of receipt.

Return shipping costs will be covered.

We will send you exchanged items if they are in stock. If not, we will refund.

(We cannot accept return/exchange request after 7days from the day of receipt.)

Exchange/return due to customer’s personal preferences depends on the reasons for your request, however, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

(We cannot accept request of return/exchange due to customer’s personal preferences after 7days from the day of receipt.)


*NOTE : No exchange/return will be made in the case that;

- Items are used

- Items are damaged or stained after you open the package

- Items are specially made or decorated upon your request
